Steps to integrate IT-TIDY into operative reality

Step 1

Data needs to be analysed, mapped and catalogued

The first phase involves analysing the characteristics of the files used by the client and drafting a table with the census of Excel spreadsheets. Finally, the output of the analysis is summarised in a chart that represents the flow of information and the level of complexity of the files.

Step 2

Planning

The planning stage is a quick conceptual phase in order to determine the number of business classes necessary, their shape and the roles of the various users.

Step 3

Testing

During this phase, the business class is inserted into the Excel spreadsheets and users can begin to use the software with their assigned roles. This operational phase usually takes few hours.
